In general the Lean Startup Methodology is a very interesting approach but it is hard to use, as there is no clear guideline. Customer Development from Steve Blank and Running Lean from Ash Maurya are more clear guidelines to use the Lean Startup Methodology. Based on both books I would like you to show an example project.
The project is called “Co-founders wanted”. The idea is that the Start-Up provides services as an experienced Co-founder. It participates in the Start-Up if it the founding team and the idea matches with their expectations. The vision is that the Learning Cycles needs to be short with minimal resources.
